Welcome to LuxeGlow EcoClean. These Terms & Conditions explain how our house cleaning services, scheduling, payments, access, and service expectations work. By booking or receiving service from LuxeGlow EcoClean, you agree to the terms below.
LuxeGlow EcoClean provides premium eco-friendly house cleaning services for homes in Bel Air, Fallston, Forest Hill, and nearby Harford County communities, subject to availability.
Services Provided
LuxeGlow EcoClean offers residential house cleaning services, including:
Refresh Package – Full-Home Reset
Radiance Package – Bi-Weekly Home Care
Luxe Package – Premium Weekly Care
Eco-friendly house cleaning
Deep cleaning
Recurring house cleaning
Show-ready or stage cleaning when available
Home Care Assessment
Before recommending a package, LuxeGlow EcoClean may ask questions about your home, routine, surfaces, pets, priorities, and cleaning expectations.
This helps us recommend the right level of service and set clear expectations before your appointment.
A quote or recommendation may change if the home’s condition, size, access, or cleaning needs differ from what was originally discussed.
Scheduling and Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reliable access to the home at the scheduled service time.
Access may include:
Being home at the appointment time
Providing a door code
Leaving a key in an agreed location
Using another agreed-upon access method
If LuxeGlow EcoClean cannot access the home at the scheduled time, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with short notice may be subject to a fee, especially for recurring appointments or reserved service blocks.
For recurring clients, repeated cancellations or frequent rescheduling may affect your regular appointment availability.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the payment arrangement confirmed before service.
LuxeGlow EcoClean may require payment at the time of service, before service, or through an approved invoicing or payment method.
Late or unpaid balances may result in paused service until the account is current.
Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something does not meet the agreed service expectations, please contact LuxeGlow EcoClean within 24 hours of your appointment.
We will review the concern and, when appropriate, make a reasonable effort to address the issue.
The satisfaction policy applies to the agreed cleaning scope. It does not include tasks that were not part of the selected package or areas that were not accessible during the appointment.
Client Responsibilities
To help us provide the best service, clients should:
Provide safe access to the home
Secure pets if needed
Remove fragile, valuable, or highly personal items from cleaning areas
Communicate priority areas before service begins
Notify us of delicate surfaces, special materials, or known damage
Provide working utilities, including water and electricity
LuxeGlow EcoClean is not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions, unstable items, improper installation, loose fixtures, or surfaces that were already worn, damaged, or compromised.
Pets
We are comfortable working in homes with pets when conditions are safe.
Clients should let us know about pets before service. Pets should be secured when needed for safety, comfort, or access.
LuxeGlow EcoClean is not responsible for pets escaping if they are not properly secured by the client.
Products and Surfaces
LuxeGlow EcoClean uses eco-conscious products and methods whenever possible.
Clients should notify us before service if any surface requires special care, including natural stone, specialty wood, antique finishes, unsealed surfaces, delicate fixtures, or manufacturer-specific cleaning instructions.
We reserve the right to avoid using certain products or methods if we believe they may damage a surface.
Limits of Service
For safety and quality reasons, LuxeGlow EcoClean may decline or limit certain tasks, including but not limited to:
Biohazard cleanup
Mold remediation
Pest infestation cleanup
Heavy lifting
Climbing high ladders
Cleaning unsafe or unstable areas
Cleaning hazardous materials
Tasks outside the agreed service scope
If a home requires specialized service beyond residential house cleaning, we may recommend contacting an appropriate specialist.
Recurring Service
Recurring service is designed to help maintain the home on a consistent schedule.
If a recurring appointment is skipped, delayed, or canceled, the next visit may require additional time or may be treated as a reset clean depending on the condition of the home.
Recurring pricing and availability may change if the home’s needs, frequency, or scope changes.
Changes to Terms
LuxeGlow EcoClean may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
